Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Daily order cut-off
Orders placed before midnight Eastern Time are sent to our fulfilment partner that same night. Orders placed after midnight go out with the following day's batch. Either way, dispatch happens within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times
Our pads ship directly from our production partner overseas, which keeps the price down but means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse. Expect your order roughly 10-20 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking as soon as it is available.

Tracking
We email a tracking link once your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch - this is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Customs and duties
Orders to the United States may occasionally attract import charges. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either replace it or refund you.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
